Partner Services is the channel-only IT Services division of Bell Micro. A team of 75 dedicated IT professionals provide our partners with an exclusive portfolio of value-added services providing them with a reliable, high-quality and profitable way to meet the needs of their own customers. We are highly successful in the delivery of professional technical services into our business partners, enhancing their customer value proposition and enabling them to access margin rich solutions. We provide bespoke and packaged services, assist with training and accreditation and the many additional resources available to our reseller community.

Our breadth and depth of technical skills enables our partners to easily access and sell leading edge solutions such as pre-sales consultancy, configuration, installations, upgrades and a range of services from integration and consultancy to monitoring and support and vendor services.
Certified and Accredited to the highest standards
Partner Services and its engineers and consultants certify to the highest standards required by leading vendors such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Symantec and Microsoft.
Proof of concept
Purpose built and containing all the latest vendor technologies from IBM, HP and Symantec, the Enterprise Solutions Centre is available to support our channel partners. The centre provides an excellent location for technical sales presentations, testing, training and creating mirrored IT environments ensuring the solution is fit for purpose before investment.
Providing specialist project management skills
We have PRINCE2 accredited project managers providing you with the specialist expertise needed to ensure that any project is carried out successfully. All supported by proven tools and processes including Wallchart and Service Central.
Proven experience
Work within our Configuration Centres is carried out within a strictly controlled environment in accordance with ISO quality procedures by ESD trained Technicians.
Flexibility of service
Our Partner Services have been developed with flexibility in mind, in order to reduce the risks to your organisation. Our business partners can realise additional service revenues and rewards in a way that suits their specific needs and circumstances. For some, we plug skills gaps at certain times – for example when recruiting, to meet peak demands or when season pressures emerge. For others, Partner Services is their virtual organisation, with our people representing theirs through the provision of a broad portfolio of services.
